How to Add Team Members

Add team members to your team and collaborate together.

Creaitor allows you to collaborate with others by adding them as team members to your account. This makes it easy to share projects, manage content together, and assign specific roles with different permission levels.

How Can I Add A Team Member?

To add a new member to your team, click your account icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select Team Settings from the dropdown menu. Scroll down to the Team Members section.


​In the Email field, enter the email address of the person you want to add.

Next, choose the role you want to assign to them. Administrators have full permissions and can perform any action in the account, while Editors can read, create, and update content.

Once you’ve entered the email and selected the role, click the blue Add button.

Pending Team Invitations

Below the Team Members section, you’ll find the Pending Team Invitations area. This section lists people you’ve invited to join your team. Each person in this list has been sent an email invitation and can join your team by clicking the link in that email.

If you need to withdraw an invitation, simply click the red Cancel button next to the email address. Once canceled, the person will no longer be able to join your team unless you send a new invitation.

How Many Team Members Can I Invite to My Team?

The number of team members you can add depends on your subscription plan.

To see your current limit, go to Billing (account icon ▸ Billing) and check Subscription Details—you’ll see something like “Up to X Active Users.”

If you’ve reached your limit, you can either remove an existing member in Team Settings to free a seat or change your subscription plan to add more seats.

How Can an Invited User Join the New Team?

After the invitation has been sent, the invited user will receive an email with the team invitation. Once they accept the invitation, they can join the team.

Who Manages the Credits?

The team owner manages the account and also the credits. Under Team Settings you can see who the team owner and team members are.
