Managing team permissions in Creaitor allows you to control what each member of your team can view, edit, or create. By assigning specific roles, you can ensure everyone has the right level of access to projects and content. This makes team collaborations even more efficient and secure.

How to Manage Team Permissions

To adjust team permissions, click your account icon in the upper right corner and select Team Settings from the dropdown menu. Scroll down to the Permission Settings section to find the Project Permission Settings panel on the right.

Here, you can see the available role templates:

  • Admin – Full access to projects, including the ability to delete.

  • Editor – Can view and edit projects.

  • Manager – Can view, edit, and create new content in projects.

  • Viewer – Can only view projects and their content.

You can assign these roles to team members by selecting them from the Select Team Member section.

If no team members are listed, you’ll need to add them first before you can assign permissions. Once a member is added, simply select them and choose the role that best matches their responsibilities.

Can I Create Custom Roles?

Yes, if needed, you can also create custom roles with specific permissions for your team by clicking the blue Create Role button.

In the Create Role Template window, enter a role name (required) and, if desired, a description to explain the role’s purpose.

You can then assign one or more permissions to the role:

  • Create – Allows the user to create new projects or content.

  • View – Grants read-only access to projects and their content.

  • Edit – Allows the user to modify existing projects or content.

  • Delete – Permits the removal of projects or content.

Once you’ve configured the role, click Create Role to save it. The new role will appear in your list of available roles and can be assigned to team members.
